It's the eve of the Las Vegas wedding of his close friend Judy Claymore and Roland Hayes juggles a host of conflicting emotions while pacing in his hotel room. He is amazed by the arrival of the bride-to-be herself, but much unfinished business remains between them. Their joyful reunion is interrupted by a gruff delivery man bearing Roland's order of Chinese food and a truckload of wry observations on women, relationships, and why a Sinatra ballad is ideal for disrupting a wedding ceremony. Over the course of the weekend Roland is visited -- "confronted" is probably a better word -- by all the women lurking in his past in a series of surreal comic vignettes. He grapples with his reluctance to let them go and his fears about the future. In the end he is able to let go of worn-out old dreams and make room for new ones -- and for new love.

These women come from all walks of life. By day they're schoolteachers, office workers and firewomen but by night they are Grievous Bodily Charm, Flamin Aggro and Goregasm. Amazingly all these roller girls somehow find time to fit their everyday life into their roller derby life. It's the players that are championing roller derby and the London scene is the epicenter of the sport in the UK with the London Rollergirls league first championing the sport in 2006. The series looks at how roller girls rebellious alter egos and love for the sport fits into their everyday life, career and relationships by following the girls as they live, play and party.

Former freelance Soldier "Dragonhair" has retired for years. He set up a private investigation agency and now runs it with a group of martial arts experts. The group's premier investigator, Gene, an orphan who has learnt his excellent skills of swords, guns and Thai boxing from Dragonhair, keeps investigating crime cases while searching for his father. Anna, the adopted boyish girl of Dragonhair also works in the group. Dragonhair's daughter Run, migrated to Japan with her mother, has now returned to Thailand to visit her father. When all seems to be working so well, Dragon hair is threatened with a bullet shot into his home and a mysterious bomb like box which was sent to him. Everyone in the detective agent tries to find out who wants to kill Dragonhair. The old man has been worrying that he has to pay his debt for what the did 10 years ago but he never imagined his innocent child would also be affected....

Mike has the girl, the place and the time. The problem is he doesn't have the ring. Before Mike has an opportunity to propose his engagement ring is stolen. Mike is desperate to recover it, so he and his friends have one hour to get the ring back and make the date with his beloved Emma before all is lost.
